Roche NimbleGen is now offering technical workshops with hands-on training at Roche NimbleGen's Madison, Wisconsin facility. The Roche NimbleGen Workshops are intensive, 3-day training programs designed to provide instruction in both the theory and practice of genomic and epigenomic research techniques using Roche NimbleGen high-density DNA microarrays. If your lab is planning to expand their technical research portfolio, Roche NimbleGen workshops will provide technical instruction on key techniques, protocols and technologies including:

• Array Comparative Genomic Hybridization (aCGH)
• Epigenetics (ChIP-chip and Methylation)
• Gene Expression Analysis

Participation

The class size is limited to eight hands-on participants and eight observers to provide students more individual time with instructors.

Included with the Workshop

• Each hands-on participant will be provided with two NimbleGen catalog arrays for use during the workshop.
• All reagents, kits and laboratory supplies required to complete the array protocols.

Supplies Provided by the Participants

Workshop participants can provide their own samples, if submitted one week prior to the workshop.
